Privacy Policy
Summary at checkout
We collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number, IP address and order details to process and fulfil your purchase, calculate taxes and shipping, prevent fraud and keep you informed about your order.
We share the information required for delivery with our manufacturing, fulfilment and shipping partners, and limited billing information with our payment service providers to authorise and process your payment. We do not store or have access to full card numbers or CVV codes, and we never have access to cryptocurrency private keys.
The sections below explain how we use, share, protect and retain your personal data, and how you may exercise your rights.
Personal data we collect
- Identification and contact details: name, email address, postal address and phone number.
- Order and customer-service data: billing details, delivery details, purchased products, refunds and communications concerning an order.
- Communications: messages sent through contact forms or by email, and newsletter registration data where a newsletter subscription is offered.
- Technical and security data: IP address, device and browser information, server and security logs, and strictly necessary cookie or session identifiers used to operate and protect the website.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and communications — legitimate interest.
- Sending a newsletter where requested — consent. You may unsubscribe at any time.
- Processing orders, payments, delivery, refunds and customer service — performance of a contract.
- Billing, accounting and tax record-keeping — legal obligation.
- Website security, fraud prevention and protection against abusive or automated traffic — legitimate interest.
- Shopping-cart, checkout, account, session and other functions expressly requested by the user — performance of a contract and, where applicable, legitimate interest in operating the requested service.
Payments
Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers. We receive confirmation of the transaction and limited billing metadata, but we do not store full card numbers or CVV codes, and we never have access to cryptocurrency private keys.
For information about processing performed directly by a payment provider, please refer to the provider’s privacy information displayed during checkout.
Sharing of data
We disclose personal data only where necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Recipients may include service providers responsible for:
- website hosting, content delivery and security;
- email and communications;
- manufacturing, fulfilment, packaging and shipping;
- shopping-cart, checkout and payment processing; and
- technical maintenance and fraud prevention.
These providers receive only the information reasonably required to perform the relevant service. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for behavioural advertising or cross-site tracking.
International transfers
Some technical, payment, fulfilment or delivery providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area.
Where required, such transfers are based on an applicable adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another safeguard recognised under data protection law. Further information about applicable safeguards is available upon request.
Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, including the fulfilment of contractual and legal obligations.
- Enquiries: up to 12 months after the last relevant contact.
- Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe, after which removal is normally completed within 30 days, subject to any limited suppression record required to respect your request.
- Orders and invoices: up to 10 years where required for accounting, tax or related legal purposes.
- Customer accounts, where available: while the account remains active and, in principle, for up to 3 years after the last activity, unless a longer period is required for an order, dispute or legal obligation.
- Security and technical logs: normally for no longer than 6 months, unless longer retention is reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, a security incident or a legal claim.
- Strictly necessary cookies and session identifiers: only for as long as required for the relevant security, session, authorised access, shopping-cart, checkout, payment or user-requested function. Some identifiers expire at the end of the browsing session, while others may remain for the limited duration required by the relevant service.
