From Performance to Photography
The photographs arise from a performative process of dance, in which movement, space, light and duration interact before the camera.
Rather than being staged as isolated images, they emerge as instants drawn from a continuous flow of gesture and presence — a painting revealed at the moment when movement, carried by dance and music, finds its form.
In this approach, dance and photography are not separate practices.
The moving body becomes the living field from which the image appears.
